About the hotel’s facilities

Condensation Guidelines for Air Conditioner Use in Summer
During periods of extreme heat, setting the air conditioner to a very low temperature can create a large difference between the room temperature and the air inside the unit, increasing the likelihood of condensation.
If too much condensation occurs, it may exceed the unit’s ability to drain the water, causing it to drip down.
To prevent condensation, we recommend avoiding a sudden drop in the air conditioning temperature.
Instead, please start around 27°C and gradually lower the temperature.
Regarding the use of the TV.
The installed TV supports VOD (Video On Demand) services such as YouTube.
Sauna Usage Guidelines

- Please start the wood fire about 90 minutes before using the sauna to allow the room to heat up.
- Preheat the Sauna: Please turn on the sauna heater about one hour before use to warm up the room.
- Turn Off When Not in Use: Always switch off the sauna heater when it is not in use.
- Use Hot Water for Löyly: Always use hot water for löyly. Using cold water can cause damage to the heater.
- Please use only tap hot water or the specified löyly aromas for sauna heaters. The use of any brought-in liquids, such as aromatherapy oils or teas, is strictly forbidden due to the risk of damaging the heater and stones. In the event of a violation, actions including claims for damages will be taken.
- Moderate Löyly Water: Pouring a large amount of water at once can produce high-temperature steam and cause burns, so please adjust the amount of water used for löyly.
- Do Not Touch the Heater or Stones: Avoid touching the heater and stones during use as it poses a risk of burns.
- Keep Flammable Materials Away: Do not place flammable or combustible materials near the sauna heater.
- Aromas for Löyly: If aromas for löyly are provided, do not bring the aroma bottles into the sauna room.
- Avoid Alcohol: For safety, please refrain from using the sauna if you have consumed alcohol.
- For safety reasons, please do not enter the river in front of the facility.
Firewood Storage Guidelines

Firewood is stored under the shelf in the sauna building.
Feel free to use it.
Fire Starting Instructions Using Firewood
Fire starting is self-service.
For safety reasons, please do not leave the facility while starting a fire.
If you need to go shopping or leave, please make sure at least one person stays at the facility.
Also, to prevent burns, be sure to wear the designated gloves when starting the fire.
The gloves are placed in front of the sauna room.
The video below is also very helpful—please refer to it as well.

Create an open space in the center of the stove’s firebox to ensure proper airflow.
Place two medium-sized logs side by side.

Stack the small firewood pieces in a crisscross pattern.
This allows for better airflow, making it easier for the fire to grow.

Place the fire starter on the top and light it.

It will burn like this.
If the flame is still weak at this stage, add more small firewood.
How to Use Sauna Aroma for Löyly

A sauna bucket and aroma are available in the sauna anteroom.
To use the aroma, fill the ladle bowl with hot water from the bathroom, add 2–3 pumps of aroma, and pour it on the stones for löyly.
Löyly is a traditional Finnish sauna bathing method where water is poured over hot stones in a sauna to generate steam.
This steam, known as “Heat Wave,” increases the humidity and temperature inside the sauna, making it more comfortable for bathers. It also eases breathing, promotes relaxation, and opens pores.
Sauna Aroma for Löyly: Handling Precautions
- The sauna aroma is flammable, so never bring the bottle inside the sauna room.
- Always dilute it with water before use.
- Do not pour the undiluted sauna aroma directly onto the sauna heater. It contains ethanol and will ignite.
- Do not apply it to your skin.
- It is not a bath additive.
- Never ingest it.
Spring-water cold plunge

The natural pool, filled with spring water, may contain fallen leaves or insects due to the surrounding environment.
If this concerns you, please use the cleaned cold plunge bath located on the terrace.
Layout of Two Types of Baths (Cold Plunge & Wood-Fired Bath)

How to Fill the Wood-Fired Bath with Hot Water

To prevent burns, please do not change the temperature setting from 43°C.
If you want to lower the temperature, you can also run cold water from the faucet.
Please adjust it to your preference.
To prevent burns, please fill the bath first and then use firewood only to maintain the temperature.
Please do not enter the river in front of the facility.

For safety reasons and to prevent any issues, entering the river is strictly prohibited.
Please enjoy it as part of the scenery and sound.
Please do not drain the water from the cold plunge bath.
Never drain the water from the cold plunge bathtub.
Please be cautious of falling.
The bathtub, marble, resin-made floors, and the outdoor stairs leading to the open-air relaxation space can be very slippery. Please be extra cautious to avoid falls and injuries.
