Parking for the facility is located on the left side facing the building as shown in the photo below.
Space for one regular car is available.

The parking lot can be packed to accommodateone small passenger car and one light car, or up to two light cars.
However, we do not recommend parking more than one car in the parking lot due to the very limited space. In the event of a collision or accident in the parking lot, the facility will not be held responsible.
Please use the parking lot with extreme caution.

Specific Risks

  • Slippery flooring
    The living room floor has a resin finish, which can be a fall hazard when wet or when walking in socks.
  • Sauna Rooms and Bathrooms
    The high temperature environment and humidity may cause physical discomfort and falls. Please drink plenty of water and take it easy.
  • Water bath and swimming pool
    It is very dangerous to jump into the water bath and swimming pool at our facility or to bathe for long periods of time. Please do not enter the baths, especially if you are a child or if you are not a good swimmer.

The facility is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur due to the negligence or physical condition of its guests.Please refrain from using the sauna and water bath, especially after drinking alcohol, as it is very dangerous.

Response to malfunction, damage, defacement, etc.

In order to prevent serious injury or damage to the facility, please refrain from any hazardous activities in the facility.

In the unlikely event of any damage, the customer will be responsible for the full actual cost of restoring the room to its original condition, including any associated breakdown, damage, or stain (smell).
In particular, damage to the room itself ( brokenwalls, broken glass, etc. ) may render the room unusable until repairs are completed.
If the room becomes unusable due to damage, If you are unable to use the room due to damage, you will be responsible for the full cost of the room and the actual repair costs until the repairs are completed. Please handle the room with the utmost care.

Important: Any activity that causes odor or smoke indoors is uniformly prohibited.

Smoking is not permitted indoors at this facility. Please refrain from using smelly or smoky utensils or cooking food that generates excessive smoke.
Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas with ashtrays.

If smoke is generated inside the facility, the fire alarm will sound.
Please be aware that there have been frequent incidents reported to the police by nearby residents.

Please note that if strong odors remain in your room, you will be responsible for all special cleaning costs associated with their removal.

Our facility is equipped with a kitchen, though,Activities that leave odors in the room, such as grilling fish ormeat, are uniformly prohibited.I am happy to do so.

About the water bath pouring (explanation of the valve)

Water supply valve to water bath

The water baths and pools at our facility are provided in a free-flowing system using well water.
The water is cooled to approximately 16 degrees Celsius even in the summer.

However, please be sure to close the red valve next to the water bath tub when not in use, as leaving the water bath running may cause the floor of the entrance to flood, and also to prevent the well from running dry.

About Sauna

About Sauna Preheating

For the comfort of our guests, we turn on the sauna in advance so that they can enjoy it immediately after check-in. However, depending on the timing of your bathing, the sauna may be automatically turned off by a timer setting. Therefore, we recommend that you personally check to ensure that the power is turned on before using the sauna.

Due to operational reasons of the facility, we may not be able to turn on the sauna in advance of your arrival. We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation should this situation arise.

Precautions when using the sauna

  • Be sure to use hot water for the waxing.Using cold water can cause the stove to malfunction.
  • Only hot water from the tap or designated aromatherapy oils may be used for the waxing. The use of liquid aroma oil, tea, or other liquids brought in is strictly prohibited as they may stain the heaters and stones. If a violation is found, measures including compensation for damages will be taken.
  • If a large amount of water is used in one go, the steam will be too hot and may cause burns. (One ladleful of water per time is the best amount for our sauna.)
  • Do not touch stove or stones while in use. There is a risk of burns.
  • When climbing up and down the sauna benches, please watch your step and be careful not to fall.
  • Do not place combustible materials (newspapers, magazines, cigarettes, etc. or flammable materials) near the sauna heater.
  • In facilities where aroma bottles are installed, do not bring aroma bottles into the sauna room as they are flammable.
  • For safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited to use the sauna while under the influence of alcohol.

How to use sauna aroma for Loulu

Sauna Inn’s original sauna aroma

A bottle of sauna aroma is available in the bathroom.
To use the sauna aroma bottle, fill the sauna bucket with hot water from the faucet in the bathroom (to keep the sauna stones cool) and add 2-3 pushes of aroma to thebucket.
You can use it as a waxing while enjoying the aroma.
💡 Point
The aroma is very concentrated.
We recommend that you do not add too much at the beginning, but rather adjust the strength of the aroma to your liking by observing each push.

Never bring a bottle of sauna aroma into the sauna room, as sauna aroma is flammable.

Precautions for handling sauna wax aroma
  • Please refrain from bringing bottles of aroma into the sauna room.
  • Always dilute with water.
  • Do not pour undiluted solution directly on stove. It contains ethanol and will ignite.
  • Do not apply to skin.
  • It is not a bath salt.
  • Never drink.

How to switch between shower and water discharge

The faucet is designed to make it difficult for first-time users to understand how to switch between shower and faucet (water discharge).
Please check the description with pictures below before operating the system.

How to switch between hand shower/overhead shower

To switch between a hand shower and an overhead shower, operate the switching lever as shown in the photo.

This bath is designed to be heated with firewood, but since hot water also comes from the standing faucet, you can basically use it with hot water supplied from the water heater alone.

Before filling the tub, please make sure the drain valve is closed.

How to restore hot water when the water heater stops producing hot water

When filling a wood-fired bathtub with hot water, if the hot water heater is kept running for an extended period of time, the propane gas meter may detect “prolonged use” and activate a safety device that will automatically shut off the gas supply.

In this case, hot water will temporarily stop flowing, but this is not a malfunction.

If the gas is shut off and there is no hot water, please follow the following steps to operate the gas restoration.

Check your outdoor gas meter.

Press and hold the [return button] on the gas meter.

Try again for hot water.

This completes the restoration operation. Please check if hot water is available again.

How to boil water using firewood

Since it is very time-consuming to boil water with wood, we recommend that you use a water heater to heat water. If you must boil water with wood, please refer to the following instructions to start a fire.

When you are making a fire For safety reasons, please do not leave the facility at any time.
Please do not leave the facility while building a fire for safety reasons.
Also, please be sure to wear special gloves when making a fire to prevent burns.

Allow space in the center of the stove’s combustion chamber for ventilation.
Prepare two medium-sized pieces of firewood, arrange them in a row, and stock them with igniters.

Alternate pairing allows air to pass through the fire better, making it easier for the fire to grow.

Adding one large log approximately every 30 minutes helps maintain strong combustion and keeps the sauna temperature stable, so this method is recommended.

When Additional Firewood Is Needed

The large firewood logs are stored in the firewood rack located in the outdoor parking area.

Please remove the rain cover before taking out the firewood.
You may also use the firewood stored under the stainless-steel sink.
The small kindling pieces are stored in the basement area, so please use them as needed.

About BBQ

BBQ must be done in the outdoor parking space.

BBQ sets are available in the basement storage room.

There is a BBQ set in the basement storage room for your use.

The arrowed door is the entrance to the underground warehouse.
BBQ tools and spare parts are stored here.
The one covered with the Weber logo is the BBQ stove.

How to use a Weber barbecue stove

Fire Starter (Rapid Chimney Starter)

1. put coals in Rapid Chimney Starter

2. light the igniter and place it under the starter (leave it for 15-20 minutes)

3. when the charcoal at the top is grayish, the fire is ready. Put the coals on the grill and start BBQ.

Cleaning staff will begin cleaning rooms at 10:00 a.m. We ask for your cooperation in keeping to the check-out time.

If check-out time is exceeded, 3,000 yen will be charged for every 20 minutes 3,000 yen for every 20 minutes of overtime.

Separation and Placement of Garbage

Please put all garbage in one place and dispose of it in your room.
Cleaning staff will collect and manage them in special garbage bags.
In principle, please do not put your garbage in the garbage station in the parking lot.

However, if your garbage is bulky during consecutive nights, you may take it to the garbage station in the parking lot.

Please cooperate with the following three types of waste separation.

  • Burnable Garbage: General garbage, food packaging, etc.
  • Non-burnable garbage: Cans, bottles, PET bottles, spray cans, etc.
  • Resource garbage: cardboard, newspapers, magazines, etc.

Re-sorting by the cleaning staff can be a major burden.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask for your cooperation in separating and grouping the bags by type in advance.

Handling of Lost and Found

If we find any items left behind by guests after check-out, we will contact you as soon as possible.

If you wish to have your lost and found mailed to you, we will accept payment on delivery for items sent within Japan. If you wish to send your lost and found items overseas, we will use EMS and charge you the actual cost, including the cost of packing materials, via the reservation website.

Electronic devices containing lithium-ion batteries or lithium-ion batteries (e.g., smartphones, laptops, electric toothbrushes, heated cigarettes, etc.) are subject to restrictions on air transportation and may not be shipped.

If we do not receive a reply within 3 months after contacting you, we will assume that your lost and found has reached the storage deadline and will dispose of it thereafter.
